Scully RSV’s partnership with OzHarvest began in late 2022, when an opportunity was identified to put refrigerated vehicles to meaningful use during a traditionally quieter period for the rental fleet.
That initial arrangement has since developed into a proud ongoing partnership, with Scully RSV providing refrigerated vehicles to support OzHarvest’s food rescue operations, including three refrigerated pallet trucks operating across Sydney and Melbourne. These additional vehicles have helped increase OzHarvest’s capacity to collect and redistribute surplus food.
This partnership has still continued to extend beyond Australia’s major metropolitan areas – to support OzHarvest’s expansion into the Northern Territory, Scully RSV supplied a refrigerated utility vehicle designed to better suit the conditions and requirements of operating in remote communities. The vehicle was also fitted out in OzHarvest’s recognisable yellow branding, making sure that they were able to build additional brand visibility while delivering food relief across the region.
