Looking back on 2021, it was a big year for Scully RSV. Here’s a quick recap of all the major milestones and accomplishments our team achieved.
Merger with Australian Trailer Hire
One of the most exciting events this year was our recent merger with Australian Trailer Rentals. Bringing together our combined expertise of the Australian logistics industry and transportation vehicles, this move creates a powerhouse for national operators.
Australian Trailer Rentals was founded in 1998 by Peter Dinicol and has become a force within the industry. The Australian owned and operated logistics company is a leading supplier of refrigerated trailers and has a fleet ranging from 14 pallet Bogie-axle trailers to full 34-pallet B-double combinations.
With over 50 years of combined industry knowledge, we are well-equipped to provide an unbeatable service. This partnership is built on the strength of our shared values of quality, reliability, flexibility and customer service and we look forward to continuing to deliver better outcomes for our customers.
Melbourne logistics hub now open
Scully RSV also announced the creation of a Victorian headquarters in Dandenong South, following two years of planning. The new division will assist our operations in Australia’s southern states by providing maintenance, sales, and rental services.
This grows Scully’s locations to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane, allowing us to service Australia’s busiest supply chain routes.
As one of Australia’s largest cities and a mecca for the hospitality industry, we look forward to helping Melbourne businesses grow out of the lifted lockdowns and helping it to thrive like never before.
New website launch
Continuing our goal of creating the best customer experience, we launched an updated website with a new e-commerce system, improved search functionality and simplified navigation. Scully RSV is focused on embracing the latest developments in technology to ensure we are providing customers with the best possible service. This focus not only stretches across our fleet but also digital experiences.
