Scully RSV and Australian Trailer Rentals merger brings unrivalled hire, sales and service offering to Australia wide refrigerated supply chains
In May of 2021, Scully RSV Group merged with Australian Trailer Rentals. The acquisition sees two locally owned and operated businesses combine to deliver a large scale refrigerated fleet from vans through to full 34 pallet B-double combinations that will operate under the Scully RSV brand. Founders Damien Scully of Scully RSV and Peter Dinicol of Australian Trailer Rentals share over 50 years industry experience, elevating an offering built on quality, reliability, flexibility and customer service.
The acquisition brings together a significant current customer base of both food and beverage operators and logistics suppliers, and enables new customers access to a rapidly growing fleet of refrigerated vans through to B-double refrigerated trailers. With servicing operations in each region supporting hire and sales, Scully RSV is well positioned for their next phase of expansion.

Founded in 1998, Peter proudly grew Australian Trailer Rentals to become one of Australia’s leading suppliers of refrigerated trailer rentals, ranging from 14 pallet Bogie-axle trailers to full 34 pallet B double combinations. “Australian Trailer Rentals takes great pride in offering flexible rental trailer solutions alongside a comprehensive servicing program designed to protect our client goods. Scully RSV and Australian Trailer Rentals deliver short- and long-term refrigerated hire solutions to the refrigerated supply chain sector.
